This 4- class Iyengar-inspired series will focus on alignment in the postures, balancing strength, flexibility and relaxation of the body through focused attention and mindful breathing.
The classes will be in a building-block format so that each week builds on the previous lessons. Fine-tuning the postures week by week lends vitality and grace to your yoga practice.
Saturdays at 9am-10:15am
All levels including beginners are welcome
