As winter winds down and spring’s vibrant energy begins to rise, let’s come together to cultivate a more eco-friendly, healthy future using the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda as our foundation.
The Green Path weekend is for anyone curious about becoming more mindful of what they consume—whether it’s food, thoughts, or environmental influences.
This weekend will inspire you to cultivate nourishing habits, align with the rhythms of nature, and find new ways to care for both the Earth and your own well-being. Through warming asana practices and strength-building classes, you’ll prepare your body and mind for the vibrant energy of the new season.
Full Enrollment for The Green Path weekend includes 4 workshops + an optional potluck dinner on Saturday evening.
Saturday 6:00pm Potluck (optional) Join us for a community-centered culinary experience where we’ll explore Ayurveda through the six tastes—sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent. Together, we’ll deepen our understanding of how these flavors nourish and balance the body. Participants interested in contributing will be assigned a seasonal Ayurvedic recipe to prepare and share, creating a delicious and educational gathering that celebrates mindful eating and connection. ***You must be enrolled in at least one session to attend. Spots limited; priority will be given to full enrollment participants.
Join us for this unique opportunity to align your personal well-being with the well-being of the planet. Let’s plant the seeds for a greener, more conscious future—one breath, one movement, one mindful choice at a time.
