Group Classes
There is nothing quite like sharing space to practice together. In covid times we ask that you register in advance as class sizes are limited. We look forward to seeing your sparkly eyes.

One-on-one yoga is ideal for beginning your yoga practice, building a practice that suits your physical and mental needs, preventing and rehabbing an injury, or refining and advancing your practice. Book a session with one of our experienced and caring teachers.
