Your fascia is highly intelligent, innately adaptive, and self-regulating.
It's a truly INCREDIBLE system!
The science of connective tissue is so cutting edge our understanding of this system progresses everyday. And, what we know is that fascia is listening, responding to, and communicating with most of our internal systems all the time. Learning to speak the language of your fascia has profound health implications.
When your fascia is healthy it:
regulates inflammation
reduces pain
soothes the nervous system
improves balance and proprioception
optimizes force load transmission
supports healthy range of motion
offsets aging through cellular revitalization
aids lymphatic drainage
And, that's just the beginning!
Trained in the therapeutics of myofascial release, Bree Dillon, will teach you the most current and effective techniques to optimize the health of your fascial system in this 3 class series.
You’ll practice:
Loading to support fascia remodeling by appropriately stressing the tissue
Ball Rolling to reduce pain and regulate your nervous system in real time
Dynamic Movement to hydrate your fascial tissue and reduce inflammation
Each class will be an engaging mix of yoga movement, deep tissue release, and calm stretching. We'll do comparative "testing" to see immediate results and leverage "relaxed fun" as the language to support healthy fascia.
