Your hips do a ton of heavy lifting. They carry you through sport and life and are often the first place where things break down.
This 3-class series addresses every aspect of the hip and how to keep them happy. Each class will promote anatomy-based awareness, train functional activation, support safe alignment and provide recovery and release of the tension and dysfunction you experience.
You’ll learn how to practice yoga in a way that best fits your body’s design, which is especially important when it comes to your hips.
August 15, 5:15 - 6:45pm: Gluts + Hamstrings
August 22, 5:15 - 6:45pm: Hip Flexors + Quads
August 29, 5:15 - 6:45pm: Internal + External Rotators
You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move in and bring a water bottle if desired. Yoga mats are provided.

Single Workshop: $36, $30 for members
No prior yoga experience is required though basic yoga knowledge will be handy for getting the most out of the series.
