Are you a women in her late 30s - 50s? This night is for YOU! We’ll kick off the evening with a donation-based yoga class at 4-5pm (all proceeds go to *Room One) then mocktails & panel discussion from 5-6:30pm.
The female body is unique and amazing! And, there’s so much to know about it during this time in life.
We’ve put together a powerhouse panel to have a fun, frank discussion, share stories and resources, and offer expertise so that you don’t have to go it alone.

Kellie Moore, ND | Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Kellie is a licensed naturopathic physician and a registered yoga instructor. She is the founder of Presh Health where she specializes in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. She aims to guide and support patients as they piece together their personal health puzzles always starting with the foundations of good health: nourishment, movement, rest, stress management and connection to self, community and nature.
Rachel Armstrong, PT, DPT | Physical Therapist
As a young adult, Rachel followed her dreams of becoming a professional dancer to New York where she received her bachelor's from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance. Her work as a dancer, NASM personal trainer, and certified yoga instructor fostered a love for the human body in motion that led her to physical therapy. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado and has found that she enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities. Over the last couple of years, she has increased focus on female pelvic health and functional training, studying with Herman and Wallace Pelvic Therapy Rehabilitation and the Gray Institute.
Jenna Rayachoti, ND | Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Jenna is a mother, birth doula, returned Peace Corps volunteer, naturopathic doctor, and lover of Mother Earth. Her mission is to empower women to understand their hormones, menstrual cycles, and bodies while focusing on what they love most. She combines science and magic to create a holistic and transformative experience for her patients and clients. She works with women who want to naturally regulate their hormones and feel confident in their bodies to move from exhausted and overwhelmed to feeling confident and empowered.
Jessica Peterson | Women’s Menstrual Coach
Jessica is certified through the Wayfinder Life Coach Training Program, created by Martha Beck, and Ellen Slater's Compassion Cultivation Cycle framework. She supports women by shining a light on how syncing with our cycle can help make meaning of your experience, build self confidence, and strengthen your voice. Her approach offers a clear framework, using the four seasons as a guide, to understand the patterns of your shifting inner landscape, tend to the pitfalls of each phase, and harness the amazing natural gifts that your female body holds.
Marsha Hamilton | Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Marsha is a licensed naturopathic physician and lifelong athlete. She is specialized in naturopathic perimenopausal and menopausal care, with an additional focus on supporting active and athletic women through the menopause transition. She is the founder of Flow Natural Health Care and the Wild Pursuits Method – a functional health program for active peri and postmenopausal women. Her mission is to empower women through menopause to keep them moving and in pursuit of their wildest goals.
Room One was founded by community members who knew that investing in women and girls was a path forward out of cycles poverty and violence. Room One serves all ages and genders. For women and girls specifically, we facilitate empowerment groups with young people, host womens groups for survivors of unhealthy or violent relationships, and support women of all ages navigating services and doing safety planning. Our strength-based approach builds resilience and expands capacity for healthy relationships and supporting one's own well-being.
