This is a 4-week series that will power up your stride with 20 minutes of targeted body-weight strengthening with Cascade Endurance coach, Alison Naney, and 20mins of runner-specific stretching with Motive Yoga teacher, Bree Dillon.
All sessions will be held outside weather permitting. Meet on the grass behind the Mtn Annex building where the Motive Yoga studio is located.
