Martial Movement is a FREE two-part workshop teaching the roots, branches, and connections between traditional martial arts and yoga.

Offered by Leaf Seaburg, a dedicated yogi and martial artist. Leaf’s training includes 1st Technician (black belt) in Wing Tsung (Wing Chun) as well as over 15 years of general martial arts study and five years of teaching.
