Your hips do a ton of heavy lifting. They carry you through sport and life and are often the first place where things break down.

This class will promote awareness, functional activation, support safe alignment and provide deeply satisfying recovery and release of the tension and dysfunction you experience. You’ll learn how to practice yoga in a way that best fits your body’s design, which is especially important when it comes to your hips.

No prior yoga experience necessary.
