Treat yourself to two hours of yoga. The first 60-minutes of this class entails an energetic vinyasa flow designed to promote strength, vigor and flexibility. The second half of the class is a restorative yoga sequence designed to relieve stress and promote relaxation, setting you up nicely for the weekend.

This level 2 class is appropriate for students with a regular practice and familiarity with the vinyasa style.

About Vinyasa/Flow
Our vinyasa classes will teach you the art of synchronizing your movement to your breath. Each sequence emphasizes the importance of breathing as the foundation of your practice while layering postures into a sequence that supports a flow-like rhythm. Vinyasa is often referred to as a “moving meditation” and no two classes are the same.
You’ll gain agility, focus, and develop practical skills for daily life and sport as you explore the dynamic relationship between breathing and your physical and mental states of being.

About Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a passive practice focused on release of tension. Poses are held for 3-9 minutes or longer, supported by props, allowing time for deep relaxation.
