Improve Your Shoulder Health In Shoulder Season

Arm-binding is a technique in yoga postures that trains the strength and flexibility of your upper body to support your shoulder and back health.  I In this 4-class series you’ll explore some familiar and some new postures, but with a specific focus on shoulder stability, back mobility, , and alignment to find new realms of physical, mental, and energetic depth in your practice.  

Each class will start with a breathing practice, warm up the muscles and joints needed for each bind, engage the full body, and end with a restorative posture. 

These classes require basic knowledge of yoga postures. You may sign up for the whole series or for individual classes.  

Dates: Tuesday evenings 5:30-6:45pm, April 2, 9, 23 & 30 (no class April 16)

Led by Gwen Vernon, the All About Binds series provides hands-on adjustments, demonstrations, and guidance for each student in the class. 


Pricing

  • Non-members: $72 for the series, $18 per class 

  • Members: $60 for member series, $15 per member class
