Come explore Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) and Setu Bandasana Sarvangasana (supported bridge pose). We will learn the Sarvangasana cycle and practice alternative poses that provide many of the benefits of Sarvangasana without pressure on the neck and shoulders. Those who teach will have the opportunity to help others in the poses.
Requirements: This class is for students without neck or shoulder injuries and that have 6 months of yoga experience. Modifications will be given for menstruation.
