This full-value 2-hour workshop will give you anatomical awareness, activation exercises, re-alignment tips, and muscle release techniques so that the constant states of weakness, limitation, and discomfort you feel will dissipate from tools and knowledge you will have when you leave.
You’ll learn:
Anatomy: a basic understanding of your back and core muscles, what they do, and how they commonly dysfunction.
Release & Muscle Activation: a body with habituated tension and compensation patterns needs to be released before it can properly be activated
Spinal Re-aligment: once our muscles are properly turned on we can align our frame to hold us better, support better movement, and feel better.
