Meet the Instructors…
Kelle Ronnfeldt Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner Kelle started practicing Ashtanga yoga in her early 20’s and earned her yoga teaching certificate in her late 20’s. She began Ayurvedic school shortly after that and, once her Ayurvedic Practitioner certification was complete, she opened a studio in Twisp that offered drop in classes, weekend workshops, 200-hour teacher’s training courses, Ayurvedic consultations and Panca Karma treatments.
She is now 52 now and no longer has the rigorous Ashtanga practice but one that suits her constitution today. She has lived in the Methow for over 20 years, witnessing change and growth. She is excited to be a part of Motive Yoga’s spring 2022 in-house retreat!
Stacey Williams ERYT 200, Master Teacher at Motive Yoga Co. Stacey has been a student of yoga and consciousness for 25+ years. Her primary path of study had been in the Iyengar tradition of alignment based yoga. Through the years her light has also shined on Anusara Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Vinyasa. Stacey came to the Methow Valley six years ago from Bellingham WA, where she co-owned 8 Petals Yoga Studio. As a recreational athlete, Stacey understands the athletes approach to life. She has gratefully used yoga to heal from injuries and challenges over the years, always inviting compassion for self and others in her practice and teachings.
Bree Dillon ERYT 500, Owner of Motive Yoga Co. Bree is a yogi, athlete, anatomy geek and an unapologetic problem-solver. With over 17 combined years of teaching and practice she has come to trust yoga as a potent and timeless solution to keep her sturdy, body and mind. Teaching challenges her to listen to, recognize and respond to her students' differences. Motive was born out of her love for teaching to these differences and to explore how the principles of yoga can fuel our greatest individual and collective efforts.
Bree's practical approach to teaching empowers her students with functional, relevant, and intentional movement and mindfulness tools. It makes sense in your body based on how it is designed and challenges your physical and mental limitations so you can experience the freedom you desire.
