Hey, riding friends!

When you’re in the saddle for hours on end, your body is folded forward. Your hip flexors and psoas muscles tighten. Your core can lose strength, your shoulders round, and your back does a lot of work.

But, with the right kind of yoga you can offset the tax your body pays. We’ll teach you how to strengthen, stabilize, and stretch your hardest-working muscles so that you can stay in the saddle injury-free.

We have really been enjoying the pre and post ride videos. We have them memorized now. But our favorite by far is New Neck, which we are finding is super helpful after 75 mile rides in the heat. Thanks for your good work.
